For Earth Day, Walgreens has a special offer for $1 ink cartridge refills! Black or Color ink offered- this service is normally $12.99! You do need the in-ad coupon for this deal (ads are generally at the store entrance, or you can print it directly from the Walgreens website.)
Printer brands include the following: Dell, HP, Lexmark, Okidata, Primera, Sharp, and Xerox. Go HERE to see the specific models for those printers.
Ink refill services are not available in all stores, so I would call first just to be sure!

By the way, just scored Bic Fusion razors with 6 cartridges for $.99 each. On sale for $4.99 and used the $1/1 coupon from their in-store coupon book and $3/1 from the paper (not sure which insert)
